Thought the linguine made for a nice base for XO sauce and this really nailed those umami, savoury flavours. The lightly seasoned, tender pork belly slices made a lot of sense on this plate too!
Pork and pasta (to me) make the perfect pairing. One of their house specialities, the XO sauce was done just right: slightly spicy yet rich, making it a very savoury dish. I really enjoyed the pork belly in this dish as they were tender with every bite. One more piece would have made it just right!
