There are new seasonal toppings! In addition to the base of lettuce, cucumbers and onions, my favourite smoky BBQ sauce, and several hefty rolled up slices of smoked salmon, I had edamame, carrots (cut thick, cooked soft), eggplant (in a tomato sauce, and not oily), a hard boiled egg, and mac and cheese (peppered, and not creamy or jelat). Very nice salad, and I really like this season’s toppings.
