Besides a selection of fancy cocktails and an extensive line of alcoholic beverages, the menu carries some signature items from its sister restaurant (@mischief.sg at esplanade) including the perfectly executed crispy pork belly (sio bak) and wagyu rump to juicy cajun roasted chicken.
Light yet flavourful, the umami capellini is a great start to any meal for its light yet flavourful notes from the kombu, togarashi and furikake, while the baby back ribs is my must-have for its tender, fall-off the bone meaty goodness.
Next up, for seafood lovers go for the miso salmon, vongole alla blanc (korean clams in garlic white wine sauce) and the addictive deep-fried baby calamari with squid-ink mayo dip - there’s always something for everyone. Do expect more contemporary european dishes with a touch of asian flair. .
