.
JJAJANG MYEON: The best jjajangmyeon in Singapore π. Magic lies in the viscous sauce which tastes of both black bean and meat π, and generously coats every ingredient in the dish. .
I usually like my onions soft such that it disintegrates in my mouth, but the crunchy onions lent much needed bite and texture to this dish, preventing it from becoming monotonous.
.
I LOVE this jjajangmyeon β€οΈ.
.
TANGSUYUK: Korean sweet and sour pork - could be better but worth a try. 2 main issues with the dish: 1) Meat was too dry 2) Sauce was too mild - if the plum fragrance and the piquant taste associated with this dish can be taken up a notch, it would have been much tastier. π·
.
JJAMPONG: the spicy seafood noodles had a good spicy kick to it, if you gradually become immune to it, you can add on the chili flakes condiment. Ingredients were unfortunately overcooked - the octopus was way too tough. ππΆ
.
I will return, but will probably just order the jjajangmyeon for my next visit.
