Part of Pantler's sweet selections. I think the chefs behind these treats truly put in a great amount of effort and thought process before churning out these petit gateaux, flavours are well balanced and best part is, they're not too sweet. This Cassis Mont Blanc's one of my better purchases from Pantler. The mousse and chestnut creme were light in general, the touch of Cassis provided the cake with an additional dimension. Great for after a heavy meal with tea of coffee.
