Throwing together a super simple salad for dinner today, with all these fresh vegetable salad boxes that Just Produce sent over to share! There’s the classic mesclun (with lettuces, rainbow chard), sorrel, ice plant and mustard. Favorites were the ice plant - crunchy with this tinge of saltiness (these were grown with Himalayan pink salt), and the mustard leaves that were very crunchy with a surprisingly intense and punchy wasabi-like flavour.

With the natural flavours each vegetable has, you just need a very simple and light dressing to tie them all together.
