See the pictures if you’re scratching your head on what that actually means 😆. That’s not oil that you see in the pics, it’s water used for ‘frying’ and that’s what makes this store healthier than the other 生煎包 shops along Chinatown. Their pan fried buns’ skins also resembles the skin for xiao long baos and we especially like Le Le Dumpling’s green skinned pork buns and gyozas which were juicy and bursting with complex flavours. 🥟🥟🥟
