This is a plate of goodness that beef-lovers would devour with great pleasure. Start subtle and finish with a bang would be my choice of sequence for the sushi. I began with the simple chicken breast sushi, proceeded with beef maki, then wagyu tataki sushi and wagyu rump sushi. I saved the best for last - wagyu toro sushi! The glossy and buttery beef fat that coats this delicious cut was simply divine. 😍
