This is the grilled seabass. Grilled to perfection. Charredness of the skin whilst the flesh remained tender and slightly moist. Here you get abit of the smoky finish, not over salted but yet could taste the natural sweetness of the fish. There are 4 sauces to choose from. The kicap manis (sweet sauce), green chilli, red chilli and a tangy sauce made from assam (tamarind) combined with shallots. I liked all the sauces but more so the assam as the tangyness helps to cut through the fishyness, if any, and the richness of the grilled fish. This sauce also bears in resemblance to chincalok.

Located on the 4th floor of @tangssg Orchard, it has a relaxed ambience. However, it is alittle heavy on the wallet. Personally, I think I would go there for a meal with friends after retail therapy. With many to share the costs, it is slightly easier on the individual pocket. Recommended to try.
