I do love my hawker cuisine as well! I had the ”酱蒸松鱼头” or "Big Head Carp" steamed with hot sauce for $13 only! Still remember it going for $10 when I was much younger tho hahaha. I would always order another for my own even when I'm out with my family for dinner cos I love this sooo much!

Those who do not enjoy freshwater fish might be put off by the "mud smell" and be warned, the head is chock full of bones but if you're an expert like me, its a breeze to remove with a fork!
