The spring menu offers a slight variant from their house menu, and since, im watching my waistline & escalating BP, it makes good sense to settle for freshies 🍱 The Spring Chirashi Jyu 春のちらし重 is a composition of sakura denbu laced sushi rice, blanketed with cubes & cuts of salmon, sea bream, clams, nanohana, takenoko, tamago & random beads of salmon roe, accompanied with clear soup & strips of kelp within.
