✨: My thirteen-year-old self would mindlessly splurge on this block of toast. I recall believing the refreshingly sweet whipped cream; fluffy, buttery toast; and cozy flavours of cinnamon and honey to be a combination made in heaven. ⁣

💬: To my disappointment, 4 years later, the dish now has only a single note-- sweetness. It didn’t help that it’s already hefty price tag went up even more.⁣

I’ll still patronize Caffe Bene for the cozy atmosphere and array of drinks and desserts, but I definitely won’t be ordering this toast again :") Sigh. This is a sad post.⁣
