As one of my favorite vegan places in Singapore, I am always looking forward to new upcoming creations from them that almost always never fail to disappoint!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Featured here is the VEGAN HOUJICHA cream cake, made in house by a Japanese chef (also the wife of the owner ๐Ÿ˜‰)! โœจ Using houjicha powder from @matchayasg , the characteristic roasted flavour was surprisingly prominent, distinct with a pleasant lingering aroma! ๐Ÿ˜‹ The plain sponge layers were also soft, fluffy and sufficiently moist, further enhanced with houjicha cream sandwiched within and a surprise element of fresh fruit slices embedded within the smooth, luscious cream ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅ๐ŸŠ! Apart from Houjicha, thereโ€™s also matcha and chocolate creme cake flavours available as well, but do take note that these freshly baked cakes are only available on a rotational basis. Remember to enquire and check on their availability before you head down to avoid disappointment! ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿป .
