If you have not heard of it, @cozycornersgโs last day of operations would be on 11st Nov! ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐ฅ๐ญ. As one of my favorite vegan places in Singapore, I am always looking forward to new upcoming creations from them that almost always never fail to disappoint!๐๐ป Featured here is the VEGAN HOUJICHA cream cake, made in house by a Japanese chef (also the wife of the owner ๐)! โจ Using houjicha powder from @matchayasg , the characteristic roasted flavour was surprisingly prominent, distinct with a pleasant lingering aroma! ๐ The plain sponge layers were also soft, fluffy and sufficiently moist, further enhanced with houjicha cream sandwiched within and a surprise element of fresh fruit slices embedded within the smooth, luscious cream ๐๐ฅ๐! Apart from Houjicha, thereโs also matcha and chocolate creme cake flavours available as well, but do take note that these freshly baked cakes are only available on a rotational basis. Remember to enquire and check on their availability before you head down to avoid disappointment! ๐๐ป .
