Beach Road Prawn Noodles really does not disappoint. Noodles were not over cooked, big prawns were bigger than I remembered. Soup was rich but because of the portion, not overwhelming. Even the bean sprouts had a very clean taste.

There’s a slight difference to the soupy and dry version. Personally prefer the dry version because for the soup, the lard was also added directly to the soup, so it felt more oily.

Order the Ngoh Hiang too! Queue looks long but it goes rather efficiently.
