Soba in a chilled umami broth with an eggwhite foam on top. Comes in a beer glass to imitate actual glass of beer. The soba is alittle firm texturally. Here you are suppose to drink it, slurp it exactly like when you drink beer. But it is best to eat the soba using chopsticks because each strand is quite long. It comes with sides, tori karaage, kaisen tofu and tempura.
