My very first time here @jamiesitaliansg and I immediately made up my mind what I wanted. Simply because they handmade their pastas. So this is Gennaro's tagliatelle bolognese. Slow cooked beef pork ragu in red wine. Hint of tomatoes, slightly tangy but quite flavorful. Sauce was of the right consistency. The tagliatelle even though it had that freshness, it was however atad too aldente as there were some that were tough and stuck together. Some were on point.

Inconsistent cuisson?? I enjoyed the ragu though.
