Dumplings were perfectly fried till golden brown and not too oily. The truffle potato had a nice hint of truffle, but nothing too strong or overwhelming. What I really liked though, was the combination of the smoked bacon and the cheesiness of the dumplings๐ There could definitely have been more fillings as my dumplings had quite abit of empty space. Be sure to mop up the sriracha mayo which packs an addictive spice!
