Dumplings were perfectly fried till golden brown and not too oily. The truffle potato had a nice hint of truffle, but nothing too strong or overwhelming. What I really liked though, was the combination of the smoked bacon and the cheesiness of the dumplings๐Ÿ˜Š There could definitely have been more fillings as my dumplings had quite abit of empty space. Be sure to mop up the sriracha mayo which packs an addictive spice!
