It showcases french fusion with an asian twist

Duck confit prepared about 12 hours, flesh that fell off the bone. Mixed salad, which included nuts and pomegranate seeds, by the side was tossed in a citrussy tangy dressing. Of course, slow roasted chicken inspired by the signature of @poulet, a different interpretation by Chef Joshua. Lighter in seasonings, garnished with corn kernels and mushrooms. My favorite was the prawn and garlic angel hair pasta. Huge juicy tiger prawns lying snugly on a bed of pasta. Spicy chorizo provided that comforting heat and a pleasant salty aftertone. I do find this addictive and would go back for it again.

Same same but yet different. An interesting menu especially to fit the palates of the discerning diner.
