Beef tartare w capers & a cured egg... 😟 First things first, the cured egg was rock hard like a firm jelly with too much gelatin. It did not ooze & there was no way to mix it in w the beef tartare. And it was too sticky it got stuck in between the teeth. Absolutely disappointing! Beef tho, was tender but not very flavorful. To charge $17 for a dish like that is definitely not acceptable. Better luck next time 😕
