The taste and flavors plus a tinge of that woodfired finish were pleasing to the palate. Mushrooms gave that soft touch of "woodyness". The eggs were atad over. Without that gentle runny golden flow, the dish became abit dry. My tastebuds were screaming for moisture in which I found solace in my cup of aromatic coffee.

Second time having the baked eggs which left me "un-eggcited". First time was amazing. So will third time be a charm?
