Couldn't decide which 'bird' to get on the menu, so we got both - Deep fried (BFC) and BBQ (Isaan BBQ chicken). A lemongrass half chicken smothered in a 'jaew' BBQ sauce, I liked that it was tender and slightly more flavourful than the BFC. Also, as the bird is cooked perfectly to 75 degree Celsius, I heard concerns of it being uncooked. But fret not, it's perfectly safe for consumption. And honestly, it didn't look too pink for me!
