Reminiscing my very first trip to Tokyo, and this was the first thing I had upon arrival – this, and that heavenly sudachi soba.

Absolutely the fluffiest, most airy egg omelet I've had – ever. It's no wonder they say you can't face Japanese food anywhere else once you've been to Tokyo.
