Creativity at its best, and that's the reason why they have an edge over the other many prata restaurants.

One word; Shiok! 😋

They have been coming out new dishes on a yearly basics for their ultimate hawkerfest series.

2012 Ultimate Murtabak (8.80) - Glorious chunks of smoky tandoori chicken, bountiful bits of portobello mushrooms and a generous serving of cheesy mozzarella hidden inside the prata dough.

2013 Murtaburger ($8.70) - Encased inside a fluffy murtabak are juicy lamb patties and loads of melted mozzarella cheese all topped with mayonnaise and chili sauce.

2014 Plaster Blaster ($6.10) - What greets you is a soft and runny poached egg sitting beautifully on a slice of ham and prata. On top of it all is a generous dollop of the inhouse hollandaise sauce. They even have an Indian hollandaise sauce if you'd like a little kick to your dish.

2015 Umami 50 ($9.80) - MY FAVOURITE! This is the ingenious marriage between Premium Chicken Luncheon Meat, Chicken Floss, Japanese Mayonnaise, Egg and Mozzarella Cheese. Dunking this dish in the curry will send you umami-heaven.

2016 Salted Egg Prawn Prata - None of the flowing stuff here but there's a thick layer of rich and tasty Salted Egg Yolk along with some prawns wrapped in a thin crisp prata! It might seems weird but I'm not sure how they make it taste so good.

2017 Prata Alfredo ($10.90)- The lovechild of Italian and Indian cuisine comes the Prata Alfredo. It has Chunky rosemary smoked chicken tossed in a prata filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, sprinkled with fresh button mushrooms and mozzarella cheese.

2018 La Ayam Parotta ($9.80) Hand-pulled chicken prata packed with fresh chinese wong bok, vibrant red bell pepper, topped with mozzarella cheese and sambal.

Red Bean Prata ($3.90) - Everybody's favourite item is the dessert prata! Generous filling in tissue thin prata skin! Better than those I get in Chinese Dimsum restaurants.

I like how they have the self service free flow curry corner!
