Each serving of scrambled eggs consists of 2 rich, golden New Zealand organic eggs. The colour is enough to tell you it's no ordinary egg. The eggs are creamy and delightful. I always sprinkle tons of black peppercorn to enhance the flavour. Don't forget to save some sourdough because eggs on toast is pure bliss.
Needless to say, House of AnLi is my favourite brunch place in Singapore. The food quality is really good. The amount of sunshine is fab. It's also the first place I've had Belgian food at as well! Do try everything on the menu.
