Soft, fluffy 100% activated charcoal sponge cake filled with rich ceremonial matcha chantilly cream and Azuki red beans.

This cake had a pretty strong matcha flavour with the sweetness mainly coming from the Azuki red bean filling in the middle. The sweetness from the Azuki red bean balances well with the slight bitterness from the matcha cream. Not bad!
