[Kovan, Singapore 🇸🇬]

Recently I was introduced to this tiny pizza place. The outlet was Muslim owned. Despite so tiny, there’s 3 pizza ovens in the kitchen. There’s no dining in area, so it is only takeaway or grab. Most of the items used are made from scratch. The dough is fermented until one could smell an alcohol smell.

Besides pizzas, the place also offers Chicken Chop where the meat is sous vide for 4 hours, making it tender and juicy.
