This is the beef bowl, using the cut of ribeye. Garnished with truffle mushrooms, onsen egg and truffle popcorn. The beef was well seasoned and was tasty. However, I preferred it to be more tender. Popcorn was a unique offering as it gives the dish abit of a crunch. Some do like the combination of sweet and savory in a bowl. But my palate yearns for only savory in just this beef bowl.
