Their regular-sized Obihiro Meibutsu Pork Loin Don comes with 4 meaty slices of pork loin. Not quite as melt-in-the-mouth tender as we'd have liked, but the pork slices are thick and flavorfully grilled, with the sweet-savoury glaze adding the caramelised smoky depth to every piece. Goes really well with the pickles and the bed of fluffy rice which carried the sauce well! While they have a budget-friendly version with Canadian pork loin, I'd say go for the Kysuhu-origin pork for the most authentic experience!
