Featuring the starter that we had - Black Miso Foie Gras. It is a pan fried foie gras coated with black miso served with dashi broth & daikon noodle. The foie gras is nicely seared and had a delicate miso overtones that added umami flavor to the dish. The foie gras maintained its firmness with a rich soft center, balancing well with the light flavor of the well simmering dashi broth. A great starter to start with!
