W Singapore's SKIRT has a new menu which includes a few signatures from the last menu as well as a brand new dishes to excite our tastebuds.

Upon entering the restaurant, one can't ignore the centrepiece of the restaurant, their signature Parilla grill. With it, chefs grill prime cuts of meat to divine perfection.

I absolutely fell in love with the 30-Day Dry Aged Jack Daniel's Single Barrel Tomahawk steak. The dry ageing process helps to break down the collagen and muscle fibres in the steak to make it so much more tender. Also, the moisture is removed hence the meat is not bloody and the flavour is more concentrated.

Is it worth the price? I say "hell yeah". #burpproved
