Chef Seki wowed us with delectable dishes and beautifully plated, from Kani miso asparagus, hotate ceviche to Hokkaido kaisen don. Feast your eyes on a prestige grade of dried sea cucumber of an estimated orice of $550 per 120g. Honored to be able to watch Omusubi master, Satoru Kawamura from Satsubei and Gelato world master, Satoshi Takada from Rimo in action.
