Finally back at one of my favorite places in Singapore and I ordered the Three Colored Silky Eggs w Rice (with Roasted Pork and Crispy Pork Belly and kai lan)

The dish was super filling and definitely worth it's price! It reminded me of dishes that I would have at home with my rice so kudos to Tai Cheong for bringing a homely feel to this dish ☺️ I don't think it's just me but I'm crazy over Tai Cheong's eggs!! The eggs in this dish aren't like the scrambled eggs in their other dishes, and are, instead, fried eggs but the eggs were well cooked and silky and overall, just a super great and nostalgic meal.
