Ive always heard how good the food was at PH, but the price here was just a ridiculously huge barrier for me. But here it is. Al dente Rigatoni pasta nicely and intricately plated, Cacio e Pepe styled (cheese and pepper) with brazillian sausage, topped with cheesy flakes and nicely grilled lard, and finished with smears of Mentaiko around the sides of the plates.
Its honestly getting harder and harder for me to be impressed with pasta, but Paddy Hills really challenged that with this awesome dish. Presentation and taste of the dish was certainly on point, coupled with the soothing atmosphere and coffee aroma in the air, I can see why PH can keep sucking in crowds. I would definitely want a return trip here again... (maybe when I win a lucky draw perhaps)
