The chashu slices were barbecued on the spot and they were soft and smoky delicuoussss.

Different from other 3 stalls we tried, Menya Masamune used thinner ramen noodles, which was my favourite.

This Premium Shio Ramen ($15) features 3 melt-in-your-mouth chashu slices, 1 flavoured egg, springy thin ramen, clear broth and last but not least...lots of spring onion and scallions.

This 3 days event starts from 11 am to 9 pm.
So...what are you waiting for?

Ps. If you are planning to go at night, bring a spoon along. Just in case, they run out of it. Haha!
