Seared tuna burger. Super thick slab of tuna. I love the slaw inside w ginger wasabi mayo! The egg buns were nicely toasted on the inside as well. But the sauce makes the burger soggy quite fast, so it's a race to finish up all this awesomeness before the crunchiness is lost.
