Pistachio Kunafa
Chocolate moist cake layered with pistachio kunafa, pistachio chocolate mousse, and pistachio whipped ganache, encased in chocolate coating and topped with pistachio nut. Nutty, crunchy, smooth, and decadent.

Tiramisu
Layered with coffee-soaked savoiardi sponge, dark cocoa powder, mocha ganache, and mascarpone mousse, finished with a spray of vanilla chantilly and dusted with cocoa powder. Bold but not overpowering coffee notes, moist and creamy.

Noir
A chocolate masterpiece: gluten-free chocolate sponge, 70% dark chocolate disk, cremeux, mousse, glaze, and whipped ganache. Best eaten last as the chocolate taste is potent. A touch of sea salt brings out the intense richness.
