Melts a little quick, but not too bad in terms of taste or texture. The ones I tried do have very minimal soy after-taste except for the original. The original tofu gelato had an odd saltish tang too in my opinion, while the Korean Sweet Potato was like a mellow taro ice cream. Thus, the black sesame was my pick among the three, as the earthy flavour was the most pleasant and pronounced.
