i normally don't order mac n cheese, as i don't really like the taste of the artificial cheese commonly found in cheese dishes. you can call me picky but i like the real stuff (brie, blue etc). but providore has a selection and the cheese was really great stuff, and not too overwhelming at all! and they were generous with the lobster as well, so i was quite happy with my meal! my friend said his loin dish was rather dry though, but the sauce was interesting
