Sicilian Grandma Pizzas (6" square, 2" deep pie):
Let's first talk about the dough - their Grandma Pizzas use sourdough, so it's slightly tangy in flavour. I'd say it's really unique, with it being slightly thick, crispy on the outside and slightly airy on the inside!
Mortadella & Burrata ($27++)
This was probably my favourite that night! We had 1-2 pizzas before this, so I really loved how the burrata helped to cut through some of the greasiness with its light and creamy flavour. The mortadella isn't strong unlike meats like Parma ham, so you don't get to taste much of the meat as a whole.
