Quite taken by this black pepper crab ice cream sandwich!

Super excited at chef Wayne's collaboration with labyrinth chef Han to dish out this amazing plate of chilli crab ice cream sandwich using deep fried soft shell crab, chilli crab ice cream and steamed mantou bun as the sandwich holders.
