An Impossible Burger is less thrilling now, so I’m always more excited to find it used in different ways.
Here it is as Vietnamese food from Nam Nam. It’s a great marriage too because Nam Nam makes accessible non-confrontational Vietnamese food, and Impossible has made going meatless so much tastier for meat lovers.
So combined, wow!
There is the Banh Mi Impossible ($15.90 and my fave!), Dry Braised Impossible ($15.90) and P Pho Impossible ($15.90), all available for dabao or delivery till the end of the month.
