Elderly uncle fries plate by plate upon order. Kway teow perhaps alittle on the dry side. It was, however, nicely fried as the sweet saltyness was well balanced with that dainty tinge of wokheiness. After eating this, it does not leave an oily feel or a cloying finish.

He takes his own sweet time to fry and if patience is not one of your strong suit, it can be alittle agonising to stand and watch his slow fluid movements. But I suppose that is why most would queue for that individual heavenly plate.
