Appetizers are usually an afterthought for most meals, which I find it appalling cause there are some starters that are actually quite awesome.
One of the star studded dishes from the tasting menu is the Seafood Bouillabaisse ($28) - whole langoustine, red malabar snapper and blue mussel in a bouillabaisse broth.
This is one melt-in-your-mouth dish.
Here's hoping that some Eton Mess ($18) will make Mondays slightly sweeter.
We had the privilege to sample one of the more premium items in the tasting menu at The Royal Mail when they served us their speciality, Roasted Whole Fish ($78).
As we celebrate the impending 50th birthday of our national capital, let us take a moment to reflect what brought us here today.
