This seems to be slightly more tender with alittle fats at the edges. A smoky tone surrounds the meat. Springy noodles that were sploshed over with a sweet savory and tasty pale looking gravy. I can just eat this without the chilli. Very ordinary looking but the overall flavors were just tantalising.
