I prefer to eat the duck as is because it tasted better without the steamed buns. Pork was alittle tough but the sweet and tangy flavors were balanced. Duck broth rich and aromatic, if only less salt was added. Egg tarts had a hidden surprise. Yuzu oozes out when cut in half. Pastry thin and crumbly. Best to share as it is bigger than the usual ones. This has to be ordered in advance as it is prepared ala minute.
