I generally feel that Singapore has quite a void to fill in terms of good fine dining food.

High-end gastronomy meets casual bistro at @Sorrel.SG.

Langoustine delicately perched over sweet potato noodles, draped in a seductive cape of rich saffron prawn sauce, then punctuated by crisp Sakura ebi.
