Named 'Shanghai Xiao Long Bao', this stall serves up comfort food near my home! Run by a group of Chinese, they serve up affordable and delicious dumplings and noodles! One of my fav has gotta be their boiled dumplings, where 8 pieces just cost me SGD 4!
