The rice is super fragrance as you can see it is wrapped inside a banana leaf 🍚 It is served with various of side dishes such as fried chicken 🍗 (super tasty and lean) but u can also get their fried beef (empal gempuk), tauhu goreng, tempeh and some ulam (tradisional salad). Other than that, the soup that came with this dish was really unique, it was sweet and refreshing at the same time and they used corn 🌽 in their soup. Super out of my comfort zone to be having sweet soup with white rice and fried chicken but thank god for the condiments that came with the dish to blend everything well together.
