Kueh lapis-esque brownie with cereal crumbs, salted caramel icecream and natto.

Loved the brownie but we wished they could choose a different flavor of ice cream. 😅 natto damn niam niam. @dingdongsg serves up pretty dingdong fusion dishes on their set lunch menu. 🤔

[2 Days Only] Samsui Chicken by Aaron Wong (part of 8 hands dinner by Masterchef Singapore finalists at $100++; or $145++ with wine pairing).

[2 Days Only] Otah-Otah by Zander Ng (part of 8 hands dinner by Masterchef Singapore finalists at $100++; or $145++ with wine pairing).

Some scotch eggs, some crispy duck, some pork knuckle.

Not so lonely planet set ($30++/3 plates) which took over their usual lunch menu.

Chee Cheong Fun Ding Dong (scallops, blue swimmer crab, tiger prawns, clam stock, chilli, garlic, lime juice, and fish sauce) from Ding Dong (@dingdongsg).

Moving on the bigger plates, the star of the night for me was none other than the Peranakan-inspired beef short ribs with a rich buah keluak sauce and wing bean salad.

@DingDongSG has some yummy, fun, and even frozen, #cocktails!
