Had dinner at One Prawn & Co and it was a solid, enjoyable experience. Flavours leaned bold and local, especially the spicy octopus and the scorched hor fun which had good wok hei and punchy XO notes. The Typhoon Shelter prawns were the highlight for me, super fresh and coated in a shiok savoury crunch. Desserts were well thought out, with the lemongrass ice kachang being light and refreshing after the heavier mains. Good spot for a special meal or date night.
